Services

    • FAMILIES AND CHILDREN

We provide services that protect, care for and support children, young people and their families to enable them to live their lives in the way they want. Our services tend to focus mainly on children with a learning disability, physical disability, complex care needs and children living within families where parents are suffering with long term or on-going health problems.

Our vision is to ensure that children and their families facing the above circumstances enjoy positive outcomes from the care services we provide. We focus on children and families to encourage as well as influence the care and support which they receive.

    • THE ELDERLY

The form of services we provide for the elderly varies greatly among our clients. We begin by reviewing your needs through discussions with you and your family. By working in conjunction with you, we develop an individualised program to manage your daily needs.

We will match your needs to the care services being provided in your home and keep in constant contact by telephone and home visits. The services we provide include assistance with personal care, light house work, meal preparation, shopping, respite and re-enablement.

    • MENTAL HEALTH

Our services are aimed at providing support for people with mental ill health by helping them to live with and recover from mental health problems. In addition, we work closely with clients in developing practical solutions for better mental health services thereby removing the stigma, discrimination and improving services for people with mental illness. We work across all age groups and all aspects of mental health and your choice of care support for your mental wellbeing is of paramount importance to us.

    • DISABILITY

We have a number of personalised services for people with learning disabilities under registered care and nursing services, supported living and outreach support. Our services are focused on person-centred, working with the person at the centre of the service and this approach is very important to our clients.

We believe that this person-centred approach helps us to plan a firm foundation for support, hence enabling us to continually listen and learn about what is important to our clients now and in the future, and to act on this in partnership with them, their family and/or representatives. Our support is designed to help achieve positive outcomes for clients.

    • HEALTH CARE SUPPORT

Zenith Care offers a wide range of care services, which include practical care, personal care, complex care, re-enablement and rehabilitation. The nature of help arranged will depend upon the needs identified in the assessment and would normally include advice and counselling, home based support, short breaks, help with equipment/adaptations and exercises. We will work closely with health services and schools, the elderly, individuals with learning and physical disabilities and mental ill health.

    • PRACTICAL SUPPORT

We provide a wide range of practical help to our clients and these include: assisting with light domestic duties, shopping, cleaning, befriending, pension and prescription collection, running errands and taking out.

    • COMPLEX CARE

We are aware that our clients’ care needs tend to become complex, substantial and on-going caused by a disability or chronic illness, or following hospital treatment. Given this circumstances, we work closely with our clients, their families and other external agencies such as the district nurses and GP to provide a high quality of care.
